AVERAGE

Calculate the Average

1)   The average of the numbers 45, 60, x and 70 is 65. Calculate the value of x.

2)   320 , 150, 270, 60.  Calculate the average of this number.

3)  The average scores of 4 pupils  in a test is 85. First pupil scored  65 and
      the second is 75. If the third and fourth pupils scores are same. Calculate
      the score of the fourth pupil.

4)  3.2, 5.1, 3.4, 12.3 . Calculate the average of this number.

5)    The average scores  0f  6 pupils in a test is 70. The average scores of 5 pupils
        is 68.  Find the score of the fifth pupil.

2. Calculate the duration  between 25th April to 16th July. State the answer in months and days.

3.  Mr. Ramu has 8.5 kg of oranges. He gives 2/5 kg oranges to his friends. How much
     oranges are left ?
